Refund Policy


TaskShala is a Pay-as-you-go software, so you can cancel your subscription any time, there are no refunds for the unused period.

To be eligible for a return, your product must unused for the additional Services come under paid services and if you want to apply to any unused prepaid Additional Services purchased as part of your initial Order of Taskshala, provided you exercise your termination right within the period

 Several types of Services are exempt from being returned. Additional non-returnable items:

  • Using for more members than asked for.
  • Using paid services.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • If you asked for cancelation at the same period, i.e. Maximum within 5 days from purchase date.
  • No other paid service is used.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
